Working Principle
The shallow air float machine passes part of the dissolved gas water into the sewage to be treated, and uses the tiny bubbles released from the dissolved gas water. These tiny bubbles adhere to each other with the suspended matter or oil in the water, forming a floating body with a specific gravity less than water, so as to quickly surface.
Solid-liquid separation: solid and liquid two-phase separation is completed after skimming by the slag scraping device, so that the water quality is purified.
Primary Structure
1.Shallow air flotation equipment host: including pool body, skimmer device, working bridge and walking device, water distribution gas device, water collection device, power collection device, etc.
2.Release device: Located at the center of an efficient shallow air float, it is a key component in the production of microbubbles.
3.Water and gas distribution device: is responsible for evenly distributing the treated water to the entire pool and fully contacting the microbubbles.
4.Water collection device: located in the upper part of the efficient shallow air float, responsible for collecting clean water after solid and liquid separation.
5.Scraper and drive system: responsible for pushing the scum floating on the surface of the water into the slag collection tank.
