Sewage Plant Deodorization Equipment
Biological deodorization is a biological waste gas treatment technology that uses biological method to deodorize waste odor molecules. The microbial film specially cultivated on the biological fillers in biological filter has the effect of treating odors. When the toxic, harmful and odorous exhaust gas containing a mixture of gas, liquid and solid is introduced into the system through the collection pipe, the pollutants in the exhaust gas are purified and degraded by biofilm, which is cultivated and formed by microbial strains growing on the biological filler.

Product Performance
Biological treatment of odorous gases, such as sulfur, carbon, nitrogen and other odorous components, as well as phenol, cyanide and other organic toxic components, oxidizes and decomposes into CO2, H2O and other substances through the action of microorganisms.
Biological treatment of VOC uses VOC components as energy sources in organisms. As long as the microorganisms are in contact with VOC components, the oxidation and decomposition process can be completed. Compared with the physical and chemical treatment of VOC, the appropriate temperature for microbial growth is generally 20-30℃, close to normal temperature. Therefore, the biological treatment of VOC process generally does not require heating, which not only saves energy and resources, but also has relatively low processing costs.
By controlling appropriate load conditions and gas-liquid contact conditions, good treatment efficiency is achieved.
The operation is stable and no manual operation is required. Less vulnerable parts, simple maintenance and management, basically can achieve unmanned management. Workers only need to inspect whether there is a machine failure.
The filler has good structural stability and air permeability, so the pressure loss of the biological filter is low. The service life is long, generally more than 10 years.
